Gentle Strength & Balance with Jan is part of our unlimited drop in program; All-In. Just $25/month gives members access to any of our All-In programs as often as they like.

Gentle Strength & Balance is a gentle all-over body conditioning designed to let you do those everyday things with confidence. Its a self paced program of chair and other exercises to increase strength and range of motion of major muscle groups to improve balance and stability. Ideal for rehabilitation and seniors’ who worry about falling.

Playgroup @ the Multi Purpose Room

Playgroup is a CBBCA program for toddlers and their caregivers meets at the Community Centre on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. This is a social opportunity for your child to meet others, play with different toys and enjoy new games. It’s also an opportunity to converse with other adults!  Friday is drop-in day!

Group Training gives you some of the benefits of working with a Personal Trainer every week without the price tag. Katrin will help you personalize your work-out to achieve fast, safe, and the best results. This program can benefit members who have worked out before but haven’t done it for a while, people who would like to add variety to their repertoire, and those who have little work-out experience.

Katrin also offers Group Training as a separate, more intense, program option before and after work.

The group starts in the 2nd floor lobby each week.

This is an ongoing, start any time, early evening circuit training session to increase your metabolism, make you feel awake and alert for the rest of the day. Your Evening Boost gives you the benefits of working out twice a week under the guidance of a Personal Trainer without the price tag. This 4 week, 8 session, program program runs Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00 pm. This program can benefit members who have worked out before but haven’t done it for a while, people who would like to add variety to their repertoire, and those who have little work-out experience. Katrina will help you personalize your work-out to help you achieve the results you want faster and safer. If you are planning to work out, get the most out of it.

This program is available for $85 for current gym members and $95 for non-members.
